– As a MHL Services Member, You can return the Product(s) You purchased in MHL Services Website for an EXCHANGE or a REFUND with in 7 days of time and the reason except for: – incorrect size, Products damaged or not properly maintained, delivered the wrong Product or a Product has been mis-described on the Website.
– The Customer may return the Products he purchased on MHL Services Website: Either in Chittagong Stores for a refund or an exchange; Or by contacting us and products return by courier services (3PL) for EXCHANGE or REFUND.
– Once received by MHL Services the Product will be inspected and if the Product is in an unsuitable condition – as described above MHL Services may refuse the exchange or the refund.
– The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws. Fashion products can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn. If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.
– Provided that the Products are returned in the conditions described in above refunds will be processed within 5-10 working days after the reception of the Products returned based on the mode of payment.
– The Customer can go to “Contact Us” section on the Website for any question regarding its return.
